John Glossa fabricates distinctive jewelry designs in gold and silver. A recurrent theme in his work is a stylized Barbed Wire design. Inspired by mans early technology, a recent subject in his work includes "points" (arrowheads) knapped and fashioned from remarkable gem materials including Rock Crystal Quartz and Garnet.

John Glossa, G.G. has been creating fine jewelry for over 20 years. As a Graduate Gemologist (GIA 1986) his understanding of fine jewelry as well as quality diamonds and gemstones is exceptional. A fondness of gem materials stems from his youth and includes a Bachelors Degree of Geology. John’s years of experience, artistic creativity and interest in the great outdoors result in beautifully hand crafted jewelry.

John is originally from Colorado where he worked as a custom jeweler near Aspen & Vail. He has taught jewelry classes in Colorado, Idaho, and in Oregon. Making quality handmade jewelry in precious metals with fine gemstones shall continue to be his ambition and passion.

Each jewelry item is individually tailored to the clients specifications, such as: metal type, size and quality of gemstones. This allows a buyer to order custom jewelry to fit their personal budget. Prices* shown on the web site are estimates and should be used as a guideline. Since each item will be custom made to your desires, currently it will take around 4 weeks to complete each jewelry order.
